Background: As a full service general contracting company, licensed since 1989, we provide our customers with complete design/build services. As a design/build company, we are able to work with the architect or designer and our client to develop a design that will best fit the desires of our clients while maintaining an acceptable budget limit. Our scope of work includes; Custom Homes, Residential and Commercial additions and remodels, Insurance claim damage repairs - Fire and Water, Repairs and Remodels of Multi-Tenant Complexes, Energy Audits, Solar energy sources, Green and Renewable building designs and Earthquake Retrofitting.
Services: Most of our projects will have multiple ways structurally and aesthitically to achieve the desired result but cost factors can vary greatly between designs. Our knowledge and expertise allows us to offer multiple design options that will meet the design / build criteria and budget limits.
Service Areas: Or services areas include Orange county, Eastern Los Angeles County, Western Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Green Energy Building Designs: We are constantly updating our scope of work to include the latest Green technologies and to help our clients take advantage of the various Government Incentives available for Energy Efficient Designs and Upgrades such as solar power systems, window and door replacements, Insulation upgrades, Energy-Star Rated appliances, Tankless Water heating systems, Heating / Cooling Equipment etc.
· We maintain several crews depending upon the various projects and their size. We also use experienced, licensed and trusted sub-contractors which provide us with the highest level of expertise in their fields.
· Whether the project is a kitchen/bath remodel, addition or a new custom home, We provide our clients with the highest level of expertise and knowledge available in this industry.

LICENSING – EXPERIENCE - INSURANCE
LICENSE:
We hold a current California state contractors’ license as issued by the California State Contractors License Board in general contracting, lic#B-581562. This license allows us to do all types of residential, commercial and some light industrial construction and remodeling. Our license has remained current and in good standing with the license board since being issued December 01, 1989.
EXPERIENCE:
Jeff Cook has been in the construction industry for over 27 years. With the combined experience of Jeff and our project supervisors, we have over 60 years of experience in the construction industry to offer our clients.
BONDING:
We maintain a minimum $12,500.00 contractors’ license bond as required by the state of california contractors’ license board. Bond# SA 5145094. This allows the home/property owner $12,500.00 in compensation due to any negligence on our part in the completion of your project. In our history no claims have been made against our bond.
WORKERS’ COMPENSATION INSURANCE:
Our workers’ compensation insurance is covered by State Fund Compensation Insurance. Policy# 229 / 27916-2004. This covers our workers should they be injured while working on your project. Should you hire a company to work on your property that does not carry workers compensation insurance and an employee is injured, the home/property owner can be held liable as an employer.

LIABILITY INSURANCE:
We carry liability insurance coverage with an General Aggregate Limit of $2,000,000.00. This is through Financial Pacific Insurance Company, Policy number SCP5002594. Liability insurance covers the home/property owner due to any damage caused by our workers or workmanship.
Insurance certificates provided upon request.
WARRANTIES:
We extend a complete one year warranty for all work performed. Manufacturers warranties apply to all new materials used.
